We received a bill today dated 2/5/18, saying we owe them a previous balance, yet it took me 3 calls to 888-409-8944 and "Jennifer & another scammer" to get a breakdown of the amount they want me to pay and they claim a bill was sent last month dated 1/4/18, yet they cannot provide me with a copy of it and there is nothing on their website showing a breakdown either! I will not pay this and Monday morning this will be reported to the State of PA Attorney General, the PUC, State & Federal Politicians, Verizon and the 4 television stations (ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC) for further investigation!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $17.

Preferred solution: The bill justified as I believe it is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
